Quotes and Conversations

Before I start, Alan had his 31st birthday last week. We didn't do much, just a small cupcake and ice cream with the family that was close by. He and I went out on his birthday and saw Harry Potter and had dinner at Claim Jumper and bought him some new clothes. The pix are from his birthday and one of the kids at the summer camp activity that Kelly hosted at our house.

Benjamin - "Mom, Jesus loves me. (Pause) But he loves me more when I don't pee my pants! "

Robin - "Kimberly, can you throw this in the trash please?" Kimberly - "Mom, look at my hands? Does it look like they're busy right now???" Robin - "Are you really that busy or are you just being sassy?" Kimberly - "......Ugh, But just a little bit sassy!"

Kimberly - "Why would Jesus make me a girl with hair on my arms??? Only boys have hair on their arms!" Robin - "Mommy has hair on her arms." Kimberly - "WHAT!!!??? You have hair on your arms too???"

Robin - "Kimberly, what do you want to be when you grow up?" Kimberly - "What is that doctor that takes care of animals? Oh, yeah, a betrinarian." Robin - "Benjamin, what do you want to be when you grow up?" Benjamin "BIGGER!!" Robin - "No, when you have a job like daddy, where do you want to go to work?" Benjamin - "I want to work at Walmart!"

Robin - "Benjamin, what's wrong?" Benjamin - "Daddy said NO poptart!" Robin - "I'm sorry buddy, it will be ok." Benjamin - "Mom, mom .......Maaaawwwwm!" Robin - "Benjamin, WHAT?" Benjamin - "I want you to say YES poptart!"

Robin - "Benjamin, Guess What?" Benjamin - "I'm your best friend?"

Kimberly - "Mommy. If you let me have a piece of gum......I'll let you have a date with daddy!"
