The above photo is of me giving myself props for closing my first real estate transaction today! The house hunting process with these people was ridiculous! It took like 2 months of searching. I drove all over southern Arizona. At least gas money is a tax write off. But, after they picked one the process went pretty smoothly. I should be getting my first pathetic little check on Friday. (1. The commission on a $50,000 house isn't much, 2. I give a bunch of it away to my broker and my trainer, but that's ok because the help I got was worth it.) Hopefully this is the first in a long line of less pathetic little checks! :)
