Random Facebook Posts

I have been so busy getting the house ready and keeping it clean and getting out for showings that the blog has been neglected. So here are some random tidbits that I have posted to Facebook over the last month or so:

On our way into town yesterday, listening to random rock music (fyi, i was not singing along). Kimberly - "Mom, promise me something ok?" Robin - "What?" Kimberly - "When we get there, whatever you do, do NOT sing Kung Foo Fighting!" Robin - "What are you talking about?" Kimberly - "MOM, just promise me!"

Kimberly: Mom! Isn't my painting so beautiful? Robin: "Yes! What is it???" Kimberly: "Well, it's a bad guy and a good guy and they're in really big trouble because the earth is about to explode!"

Kimberly - "Mom! Didn't you hear my brain tell you not to make me hard toast?" Robin - "Kimberly I can't hear your brain talk to me." Kimberly rolls her eyes, sighs then shakes her head and hits it with her fists. Robin - "Is your head talking to me right now?" Kimberly - "Yes, but it's not talking, it's yelling!" One Word.............PSYCHO!

Kimberly quote of the day: "Mom I wish I could be seven instead of four." Why don't you want to be four? (In the saddest voice ever) "Because it's hard to be four."

Robin: "Daddy is staying home to do homework" Kimberly: "I don't think he's going to do homework, I think he is going to talk to himself!" Robin: "Why would he talk to himself?" Kimberly: "Sometimes I talk to myself!"

The picture of Zachary is him trying to kiss the baby doll. He was very determined and so cute! But not as cute as the picture I didn't get of Benjamin trying to "nurse" that same baby doll this morning. I was feeding Zachary and he plopped down beside me on the couch, lifted up his shirt and stuck the doll to his nipple. When I switched Zachary to the other side, Benjamin switched the doll to the other side. We had a nice talk about how boys don't have milk, just mommies do. I don't think he really got it. After nursing his baby he burped it, changed it's pretend diaper, then threw it across the room. 3 out of 4 isn't bad...right?

I posted this particular picture of Kimberly because she is so into posing for the camera right now. She changes poses like a model and wants me to take multiple shots. Does this picture remind you of anyone? Maybe for those of you unfortunate enough to have seen the picture of me in a similar pose only wearing a bathing suit??????? Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. I guess that apple doesn't fall far from the tree does it?
