We went trick-or-treating with a group of friends this year. Jackie and Josh came with us but eventually had to ditch us. I guess when you are 4 and 5 years old you are just way too fast for toddlers. We were cramping their style and slowing them down.
Kimberly was a princess this year (BIG SURPRISE THERE!) I'll honestly be surprised if she doesn't want to be a princess next year too. Benjamin went as a Skunk! How cute is that! I was in Savers and found this used skunk costume that said "little stinker" on the front. It was only like $3.99 so I couldn't help myself! How appropriate, he essentially went as himself for Halloween.......a little stinker..........HEHE! :)
Dad is in California today with Jeff who is probably out of surgery by now. He is having all of the metal parts taken out of his arm (plates, screws, etc.). Dad should be coming out with Jeff and Aly by Sunday and then Cara, Shane and Sydney are coming on Monday. Kimberly is beside herself with excitement! Oh, and it is official! Congrats Kyle and Beth on the engagement! Welcome Beth and Brooklyn (Burkalin - as Kimberly says) to our family.
