JUST BOB IT!

Ok. So I got crazy today. Once every couple of years or so I get very compulsive with my hair. I have been thinking about cutting it for a while now, but today I finally got the nerve up to do it. This is probably the biggest cut I have ever had. I lost about 12 inches. I decided to go with a long bob instead of the standard one for a couple of reasons. 1. My face is way too round for my hair to go to far above my shoulders. Tried that once, it was a disaster. 2. I can still put it in barettes and even a ponytail. 3. My hair curls (curls meaning all the natural curls/waves I have) nicely when it is short and leaving it longer allows for the shortness that comes with styling it curly. It feels nice to not have the tangled mop on my head. I was sure that I would be more sad about parting with all that hair since it has taken me about 10 years to get it that long (at 18 I cut it to my chin and haven't had a major cut since then). But I am actually very happy with it and slightly relieved that I should be able to cut back my conditioner purchases. I was going through a LOT of conditioner just so that I could brush out all those tangles!
